All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted methods (e.g. Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery).
We aim to display all items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur.
Ingredients and allergen information are available upon request. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions before ordering.
Orders are typically delivered within [2–24 hours] depending on order volume and delivery location.
Delivery is available within Kuwait. Any delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of the store.
Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of confirmation by contacting our customer service.
Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Due to the nature of food and dessert products, we do not accept returns on perishable items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery).
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Proof of the issue (e.g. photo) may be required.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order.
Orders not received due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
