    1. Orders & Payment

    • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

    • Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our accepted methods (e.g. Knet, Visa, Mastercard, Cash on Delivery).

    2. Product Information

    • We aim to display all items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur.

    • Ingredients and allergen information are available upon request. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions before ordering.

    3. Delivery

    • Orders are typically delivered within [2–24 hours] depending on order volume and delivery location.

    • Delivery is available within Kuwait. Any delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of the store.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of confirmation by contacting our customer service.

    • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.


     Return & Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of food and dessert products, we do not accept returns on perishable items.

    1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 1 hour of delivery).

    • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

    • Proof of the issue (e.g. photo) may be required.

    2. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order.

    • Orders not received due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
